We are proud to announce the School-Level Yogasana Championship 2025, inviting schools across Pune to participate in this grand event that promotes wellness, discipline, and the rich tradition of Yogasana.

 Event Details:
● Venue: Dr. Manisha Yog Institute, Late Sanjay Nimhan Gramsanskriti Udyan, Opp. Someshwar Temple, Someshwarwadi, Pashan, Pune
● Dates: 18th, 19th & 20th June 2025
● Timings: Morning – 7 AM to 9 AM | Evening – 5 PM to 7 PM
● Prize Distribution: 21st June 2025 at Govind Mangal Karyalaya, Someshwarwadi
● Entry Fee:  No Entry Fee

 Age Groups (Boys & Girls):
● Under 8 Years
● Under 12 Years
● Under 14 Years

 Participation Guidelines:
● Schools must submit a list of participants with Date of Birth on school letterhead attested by the Principal.
● Each participant must perform 5 asanas (including specific categories and the participant’s choice).
● Judgement is based on technique, hold duration (30+ seconds), and posture.
● Dress Code: Comfortable attire that supports clear movement and posture evaluation.
